dfwMinority.com is a human edited directory. All submissions are reviewed before they are approved and displayed in the directory. Link suggestions that do not  meet the Terms of Use standards will be rejected. Please keep in mind that we wish to build a directory that is useful and friendly for the user.  All links will be maintained by us in accordance with the terms posted for each listing. Please note that where a reciprocal link is required from you no listing will be made until it has been established. These links are checked daily. Equally, paid submissions don't get approved until notification from Paypal that payment has been made.
 

The following is a list of websites we will not allow in the directory. Websites with the following criteria will be rejected immediately.

• Racial, illegal, gambling, offensive, adult and MLM pyramid get rich quick websites.
• No duplicate postings, websites with different URLs but the same content.
• Websites set up solely for Adsense purposes and websites under construction will not be approved.
• No Spamming. SPAM (Stupid, Pointless, Annoying, Messages). This includes Add a Link, Tell a Friend, Contact us or any other forms which enable you to send messages on our site.
• Web sites over using ads and pop-ups, with no content, misleading, or reproduced content will not be accepted.
   

dfwMinority.com is catered to listing of minority owned and women based businesses (MWBE) in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

An M/WBE is a small business that is at least 51% owned and operated by a socially and economically disadvantaged person or persons.

Socially and Economically Disadvantaged means individuals who are citizens of the United States (or lawfully admitted permanent residents) and who are:

• African Americans
• Hispanic Americans
• Native Americans
• Asian Americans
• Women

Owned and operated means that at least 51% of the business is owned by one or more socially and economically disadvantaged individuals and that the management and daily business operations are controlled by the same socially and economically disadvantaged individuals
